Cancellation policy
  • Cancellation must be notified to C.S.A Paris by Fax: ++ 33 (0)1 4758 4133 or email: contact@csaparis.com
  • 15 business days before the trip: refund will be returned to the original credit card or banking account and 30 % fee will be applied.
  • 10 business days before the trip: refund will be returned to the original credit card or bank account and 60 % fee will be applied.
  • 5 business days before the trip: 100 % fee will be applied.
  • All payments and refunds should be made in euros.
